Total Energies has entered into a Nuclear Production Allocation contract with the EDF Group for a period of 12 years. Under this agreement, EDF will allocate to Total Energies a share of the output of its operating nuclear fleet which will help Total Energies to cover around 60 % of the electricity needs of its refining and chemicals sites in France.

Posco E&C has awarded a contract to Thyssenkrupp Uhde for designing and supplying a new low-emission, top charge coke oven battery for the Posco Pohang Steelworks in South Korea.

Long Son Petrochemicals have awarded a contract to Technip Energies for its Long Son Petrochemical Enhancemeant Project located in Lon Son Island, Vietnam. The project is among the first worldwide in recent years to convert a naphtha-based steam cracker to ethane.

Uhde Inventa-Fischer a subsidiary of Thyssenkrupp Uhde has signed a contract with Turkish packaging producer Köksan for the delivery of a Pet production plant in Yumurtalik, Turkey. With a capacity to produce 324,000 tons of Pet resin annually, the plant will make use of the Melt-To-Resin process to significantly reduce its energy consumption.

Fluor and X energy have entered into a contract for an advanced nuclear project at Dow’s UCC Seadrift Operation in south Texas, USA. Under the terms of the contract, Fluor will initially deliver Front End Loading Stage 2 services for the project.

Topsoe has entered into a Feed agreement with Hynfra for its green ammonia project in Aqaba, Jordan. Topsoe’s ammonia synthesis technology will be used for the project.

Under a MOU signed between Southern and Axens, both the companies will work together to develop sustainable aviation fuel and related fuel projects, with an initial focus on Southern's planned biomass to fuel facility in Louisiana.

Nextchem has secured a contract for early engineering works and proprietary equipment supply for a SAF plant under development in Indonesia. The plant is expected to produce 60,000 tons of SAF annually.
