Jacobs has been awarded a contract to modernize one of the largest advanced wastewater treatment facilities in western USA. The 200-million-dollar project is expected to modernize the city’s biosolids treatment infrastructure.

Tangshan Jinlihai has chosen Topsoe’s Hydroflex technology to produce sustainable aviation fuels at the Tangshan Jinlihai industrial hub in China. The project is expected to enable an annual emission avoidance of approximately 700,000 metric tons of CO2e.

The European Union and India have recently concluded a landmark Free Trade Agreement which is claimed to be the mother of all deals. India will grant the EU tariff reductions that none of its other trading partners have received. For example, Tariffs ranging up to 44 % on machinery, 22 % on chemicals and 11 % on pharmaceuticals will be mostly eliminated.

Solvay has inaugurated its new bio-circular silica facility at its plant in Livorno, Italy. The new unit will produce highly dispersible silica using bio-based sodium silicate derived from rice husk ash, an agricultural byproduct.

Topsoe has been chosen as the ammonia technology licensor for Acwa's Yanbu Green Hydrogen Project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Topsoe will also deliver engineering, proprietary equipment and catalysts to Sinopec and Tecnicas Reunidas, who have jointly been awarded the Feed-contract.
