MOL Group has produced a diesel fuel containing Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil and Sustainable Aviation Fuel at the refinery of Slovnaft in Bratislava, Slovakia. The diesel fuel was successfully tested by the Hungarian Isotoptech Zrt laboratory which confirmed that it contains the required ratio of HVO.

Under an agreement signed between Climeworks and Avantium, Climeworks will acquire an advanced high-throughput adsorption testing unit from Avantium R&D Solutions for capturing carbon dioxide directly from the air.

Blue Biofuels has entered into an agreement to acquire 35.5 acres of land in Frostproof, Florida, USA. The site will be used by the company to develop a biofuels production facility which is initially expected to produce 3 million gallons of biofuels annually.
