Under a MOU signed between Yara International and Jera, both the companies will work together for production, delivery and supply chain development of blue and green ammonia which aims at decarbonizing power production in Japan.

In September 2020, the Renewable Carbon Initiative (RCI) was founded by eleven prominent companies from six countries under the leadership of the nova-Institute. Siemens Energy and Messer Group have collaborated to work on industrial green hydrogen projects in the chemical complex of Tarragona, Spain. Messer Ibérica has already delivered three clean hydrogen projects with a total electrolyzer capacity of 70 MW to the Spanish Government.

Under the Larsen and Lam Climate Initiative, Omni CT’s unique ‘Waste to Hydrogen Product’ technology will be used to tackle the issues of climate change. 35 million dollars will be invested by this Initiative for developing Omni CT’s first commercial production plant in California, USA which will produce negative carbon hydrogen.

Lyondell Basell has received the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) Plus certification for its cracker in Wesseling, Germany, and European polymer sites. The certificate will help the company in achieving its aim of becoming an industry leader in the production and marketing of recycled and renewable-based polymers.
