The first Lummus Advanced Waste Plastic Recycling plant will be located at Tiszaújváro, Hungary and is expected to have a processing capacity of 40,000 tons of mixed waste plastics per annum. The unit will also produce circular petrochemical building blocks which will be processed by MOL in their petrochemical facility.

Under a supply agreement for 65,000 metric tons per year of circular feedstock, Dow and Freepoint Eco-Systems will advance their shared goal to support a circular economy for plastics in North America.
