Ilaria Fumagalli has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of Steriline after her father and Founder of the company Gerardo Fumagalli decided to step down. However, he will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Fumagalli’s son Federico Fumagalli has also been appointed as the firm’s Chief Sales Officer.

MOL Group along with its joint venture partners Socar and BP have entered into commercial agreements for the development of gas reserves in the Azeri-Chirag-Deepwater Gunashli (ACG) field in Azerbaijan.
