Norwegian Minister Visits Vianode’s New Battery Materials Plant Site

The Norwegian Minister of Petroleum and Energy Terje Aasland visited the site of Vianode’s new battery materials plant in Herøya, Norway where he raised Vianode’s flag. Initially, the new plant is expected to produce anode graphite for about 20,000 EVs annually by 2024. Later on, it will be scaled to provide battery materials to two million EVs per year by 2030.

Thyssenkrupp Nucera Wins Contract for Designing, Engineering Chlor-Alkali Plant

Cypress Development is conducting a feasibility study for the Clayton Valley Lithium Project in Nevada, USA. In this background, thyssenkrupp nucera has been selected to carry out the designing and engineering for a chlor-alkali plant which will help the project to self-generate two key reagents for processing lithium-bearing claystone in order to produce lithium carbonate products.
