Under an agreement signed between both the parties, BASF will gain long-term access to Qore’s bio-based BDO which is made from renewable feedstock. With this, BASF aims to expand its portfolio with bio-based BDO derivatives, including polytetrahydrofuran and tetrahydrofuran.

ABB will provide electrification solutions to power the world’s largest battery recycling facility, Revolt Ett in Skellefteå, northern Sweden. The facility is being established by Northvolt and is expected to process 125,000 tons of end-of-life batteries and battery production waste annually.

Lanzajet and Technip Energies have entered into an agreement to accelerate the global deployment of sustainable aviation fuel. Under the terms of the agreement, Lanzajet will integrate Technip Energies’ Hummingbird Technology for converting ethanol to ethylene into the overall Lanzajet ATJ Process to produce SAF.

Technip Energies has been selected by Hycc to develop Djewels, a green hydrogen project in the Netherlands. Mcphy’s innovative ‘Augmented Mclyzer’ technology will also be used for the project to produce up to 3,000 tons of green hydrogen annually from renewable power and water.
