Volpak has introduced its latest solution the Enflex PHS Series for the pharma and healthcare industry. Focused on flexible packaging, the stick pack solution is a unit dosage format which proves ideal to contain and deliver liquid health products for oral and topical use.

With a hefty investment of 4-billion-dollars, Air Products and the AES Corporation aim to establish a large-scale green hydrogen production facility in Wilbarger County, Texas, USA. The new plant is expected to produce over 200 metric tons per day of green hydrogen.

Topsoe and Fidelis have formed a global alliance for technology used in the production of carbon neutral hydrogen. Topsoe’s hydrogen process portfolio along with Fidelis’ H2 technology will be paired in the alliance in order to reduce the lifecycle carbon emissions involved in hydrogen production.

A research team from the Otto Diels Institute of Organic Chemistry at Kiel University has developed a special palladium catalyst that can for the first time selectively activate carbon-hydrogen bonds.

Under a global licensing agreement signed between Topsoe and Steeper, both the parties will work together to introduce a complete waste-to-fuel solution. Air Liquide’s autothermal reforming technology has been chosen by Inpex Corporation for Japan’s first demonstration project which aims to produce low-carbon hydrogen and ammonia. Once combined with carbon capture technology, autothermal reforming can achieve higher energy efficiency, lower investments and a production process which can assist in capturing up to 99 % of carbon in integrated industrial units.
