In the fight against coronavirus, Tata Chemicals under its subsidiary Rallis India has converted its chemical units at Akola and Ankleshwar to produce and supply 75,300 litres of hand sanitisers across different states in India.

Under the terms of the contract, BP will license its latest generation of PTA technology to Dongying United Petrochemical for the production of purified terephthalic acid in China. The technology will be used at Weilian Chemical’s new plant.
