BASF has appointed Heather Remley, who is currently President, Global Engineering Services, Ludwigshafen, as the President & CEO of BASF Corporation in Florham Park, New Jersey with effect from April 1, 2025.

Cellasto has plans to establish its second plant in Shanghai, China for a whooping investment of 60 million euros. The new facility is expected to feature advanced mold lines which will lead to a capacity increase of nearly 70 %.
