Air Liquide has entered into an agreement with Steel Dynamics. Under the terms of the contract, Air Liquide will build a new Air Separation Unit in Texas and supply industrial gases to Steel Dynamics.

Under the terms of the agreement, Air Liquide will design, build, own, and operate a new Air Separation Unit (ASU) to increase steel production at NLMK’s Lipetsk site in Russia. The new unit is expected to produce 1,000 tonnes of oxygen per day.

Under the terms of the agreement, Chemtex and Clariant will market and sell Clariant’s sunliquid technology licenses, services and supplies for advanced biofuel plants in China. The second-generation (2G) biofuels are expected to support the country’s environmental ambition and also contribute to the national blending directive.

The new Air Separation Unit (ASU) is fit to accommodate renewable energy in the grid and will be used to produce 2,200 tonnes of oxygen per day. The unit will also be built with the proprietary solution Alive.

Conoco Phillips has acquired 140,000 net acres in the liquids-rich Montney acreage from Kelt Exploration. With this deal, the company will add over 1 billion barrels of oil equivalent of high-value resource and over 1,000 high-quality well locations to its existing acreage in the region.

Under the terms of the contract, Exxon Mobil will purchase 2.5 million barrels of renewable diesel per year from Global Clean Energy’s refinery in California, USA for five years beginning from 2022.
