Five fresh members from numerous globally competitive companies been appointed as the major oil firm’s Board of Directors.

Dhahran/Saudi Arabia – H.E. Khalid A. Al Falih, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saudi Aramco, has recently announced the appointment of five new members to the company’s Board of Directors.
The five new appointed members are H.E. Mohammed A. Al-Jadaan, Minister of Finance; H.E. Mohammed M. Al-Tuwaijri, Minister of Economy and Planning; Peter L. Cella, former Chevron Philips Chemical Co. LP President & CEO; Lynn Laverty Elsenhans, former Chairwoman, President & CEO, Sunoco., and Andrew N. Liveris, present Director and Former Executive Chairman, Dow Du Pont and current Chairman & CEO of the Dow Chemical Company. He will be retiring from Dow Du Pont and Dow and take charge from July 1, 2018.

Saudi Aramco and Total Plan to Jointly Buy Saudi Fuel Stations
The outgoing Board members are H.E. Dr. Majid Al-Moneef, Advisor to the Royal Court; H.E. Dr. Khaled S. Al-Sultan, Rector of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals; and, Peter Woicke, former Managing Director of the World Bank and former Vice President of the International Finance Corporation.
Post the appointments, the company’s Board of Directors will include H.E. Khalid A. Al-Falih – Chairman, H.E. Dr. Ibrahim A. Al-Assaf – Vice Chairman, H.E. Mohammed A. Al Jadaan, H.E. Mohammed M.
