The programmable EVA High End evaluation electronic system is directly connected to the measuring systems and, according to Rembe, allows fast, precise measuring as well as an evaluation of the bulk goods to be conveyed. The company says that the easily operable touch screen and intuitive user interface would make Eva simply captivating. EVA’s functionality can be tested at the Rembe booth I 16 in Hall 5

The C-lever direct ensures high quality bulk good handling through its particle-friendly process. According to Rembe, the system is characterised by its high measuring accuracy and compact design. The various series are deployed for a wide variety of applications, from truck pre-loading up to controlling and dosing tasks in the bulk goods processing industry.

Uniband, the single and double idler belt scales, made entirely of stainless steel, are suitable for easy operator-installation. They can be implemented in flow-rate monitoring and production control as well as when monitoring any truck loads.

During the exhibition Rembe will also be presenting their patented Q-Rohr-3 for indoor-installed flameless venting. No cost-intensive venting ducts are required when installing the Q-Rohr. A process-optimised installation within the immediate proximity of people and machines minimises costs, as well as the simple visual inspection without scheduled servicing.

The Rembe subsidiary Kersting Sampling + Grounding will be introducing various grounding systems as well as their sampling systems. This year’s highlight is the Samfreeglide that is particularly and successfully implemented in the plastics processing industry. Its complex mode of operation and great reliability ensure a higher level of efficiency. From the three basic models available (depending on the respective casing size) the customer has the option to select further modules, such as: the CIP (Clean-in-Place), bottle or bag adaptors for collecting samples, containment systems, manual or full automated, micro-controlled actuation or a Atex approval.
