Bedizzole/Italy – Nextchem recently inaugurated its new premises at Myreplast 30,000 square-metre upcycling plant in Bedizzole, Brescia, during a ceremony attended by local authorities and company top management. The new building includes meeting rooms and new offices, as well as a showroom with an experiential area in the entrance hall where clients can observe the integrated plastic upcycling process, from flakes to finished products. Myreplast Industries has been part of the Nextchem family since 2019. In addition to the plastic upcycling plant in Bedizzole, it also operates other production and commercial facilities based in the United Arab Emirates. The upcycling process is a mechanical plastic recycling technology that produces new polymers and high-purity Compounds (“R-Polymers”) Based On The Proprietary NX Replast Technology.

The Bedizzole plant can produce over 40,000 tons of recycled polymers per year, processing a wide range of incoming plastic waste, both in the industrial post-consumer sector (car components, food and industrial packaging production waste) and in the urban post-consumer sector (material from municipal separate waste collection). The advanced treatment technology ensures that the resulting recycled polymer meets the highest quality standards, achieving a recycling efficiency of 95 %. NX Replast technology enhances the properties of plastic feedstock, delivering upcycled products suited for high value-added “premium” markets.
