The OPW Endura Swivel Joint combines DSF swivel technology with user-friendly counterbalance solutions and can help to reduce maintenance efforts and expenses, the manufacturer states: The selling flanges can be easily unbolted to access the seal, while the bearing module allows for easy replacement and rebuild options.

Among the distinctive features of the Endura Swivel Joint is its redundant sealing, consisting of a main seal, back-up seal and an environmental seal. If the main product seal ever leaks due to normal wear, the back-up seal contains the fluid. Any main seal leakage is channeled to the leak detection port, which is a quick and easy way to monitor performance so that maintenance can be performed. During critical and extreme applications, an inert gas can even be injected into the leak detection/purge port to virtually eliminate the risk of fugitive emissions. In addition, the Endura’s environmental seal provides a third layer of protection.

OPW Endura Swivel Joints are available in 2, 3 and 4-inch sizes and are manufactured from a range of materials, including carbon steel and stainless steel. Standard seal materials include Buna-N, Fluorocarbon, PTFE, EPDM and Neoprene.
