Process Control and Visualization

Both plants have a process control and visualization system supplied by Azo’s subsidiary Azo Controls. From the central control room the machine operator has an overview of the entire production line. In addition, in each factory area are operator terminals where certain actions can be carried out. The system offers a wide variety of workflow controls, such as recording data for raw materials and calculating mass balances. The centralized system also provides documentation to ensure traceability through batch protocols, mass balances and verification of formulations, as well as long-term archival of production data. ●
