Germany: Management Change Linde Appoints Members for New Supervisory Board

The company has made changes to its advisory board and is aiming for long-term profitable growth. In order to achieve this, the firm also intends to focus on the expansion of its international business.

Bavaria/Germany – At the Annual General Meeting of Linde that was recently held, the shareholder representatives were elected in rotation for the new Supervisory Board. At the constitutive meeting of the Supervisory Board held immediately after the AGM, the members of the new Supervisory Board confirmed Prof. Dr Wolfgang Reitzle as their Chairman. Prof. Reitzle has been a member of Linde’s Supervisory Board since May 21, 2016 and has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board since that date.
