Dallas/USA – HF Sinclair Corporation has closed its previously announced acquisition of Industrial Oils Unlimited (IOU), a leader in industrial lubricants and specialty fluids. The transaction closed on January 8, 2026, following satisfaction of all requisite closing conditions.

IOU, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is a well-established and reputable brand with robust regional manufacturing capabilities. As HF Sinclair continues to broaden its presence across the U.S. market, IOU is ideally positioned to help drive the expansion of its lubricants portfolio. With the transaction complete, HF Sinclair will now operate the acquired assets and is committed to delivering reliable service for customers while accelerating growth across the platform.
