Successful ISO 9001 re-certification for EPC Group: TÜV Thüringen awards new Quality Management Certification

The EPC Group has again been certified by TÜV Thüringen: For years, EPC has been working according to the quality standards of ISO 9001. In August 2018, a recertification audit took place as part of the group certification.

The EPC Group has again been certified by TÜV Thüringen: For years, EPC has been working according to the quality standards of ISO 9001. In August 2018, a recertification audit took place as part of the group certification. The work processes at all locations were again reviewed and recertified.

The certification includes various areas of the company and ensures a continuous and comprehensive assessment of all operational processes. The certification by TÜV Thüringen guarantees the successful upgrade to the new DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 for customer orientation, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and system and process effectiveness.

"We are very proud to be certified again according to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard. With the certification by TÜV Thüringen we strengthen the trust of our customers and provide the basis for our quality management", explains Martha Matthes, Representative for Quality Management at EPC Group.

The integrated internal Quality Management System (QMS) according to DIN EN ISO 9001 guarantees high quality standards and enables continuous optimization of company and business processes.

ISO 9001 is the world’s most popular quality management standard. First, the interim certification will be valid until November. For EPC Group, the new certification with a completely updated TIC (TÜV International Certification) logo will be valid for three years from 15 November 2018.
