Success Story: Emergency Seal Repair in Kuwait Oil Field

A major oil company in Kuwait called EagleBurgmann for an emergency seal repair on a critical pump at one of its oil fields. The repair was extremely urgent as the pumps are used to transfer excess water from the separator to water treatment plants.

The seal was repaired at our service center in Kuwait. We identified the root cause of the initial failure and made further recommendations to improve the seal's Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF). The customer was very pleased with our technical expertise and quick response. Ultimately, they decided to replace the seal with an EagleBurgmann mechanical seal.
