Royal DSM announced that Judith Wiese, currently Vice President People & Organization Corporate with Mars, Incorporated, will join DSM as Executive Vice President Group People & Organization on 1 October 2017.

Heerlen/The Netherlands — Judith Wiese will succeed Peter Vrijsen as of 1 January 2018 who has been effectively transforming the DSM HR organization and processes since joining the company in 2014.

Judith Wiese, a German national, holds a master in Business Administration in HR and Economics from the University of Duisburg, Germany. She joined Mars in 1998 and has held a number of HR-leadership positions in various regions of the world and within different sectors, all with a focus on people and organization, talent management and organizational development. In her new role, she will report to Feike Sijbesma, CEO and Chairman of the Managing Board, and become a member of the Executive Committee.
