Envirogear has announced that its G Series Internal Gear Pumps are now available with jacketing. Specifically designed to enhance the G Series Pump’s temperature control and stability, these new jacketed pumps are perfectly suited to handle a variety of challenging applications such as carbolic acid, liquid sulfur, roofing manufacturing, general chemicals, bitumen, paint, chocolate, molasses, waxes and heavy fuel oil.
Pumps are the workhorses of every process plant, not to mention plenty of auxiliary equipment and even portable test gear too. This run-round of recent developments takes in centrifugals, vacuum pumps, positive-displacement pumps and gas sampling units.
Blackmer has recently announced the launch of its new System One High Temperature Series centrifugal pumps. Utilising high-temperature flanges, elastomers, and a unique centerline mount that supports high temperatures, the new series pumps are able to exceed the 400°F (204°C) standard temperature limit of conventional centrifugal pumps.
Blackmer has announced the availability of its new Magnes Series Sliding Vane Magnetic Drive Pumps. The Series pumps are positive displacement rotary vane pumps that use a magnetic drive without dynamic seals, providing a leak-free pumping solution for difficult-to-seal, expensive, valuable, dangerous and hazardous liquids.
Quattroflow has recently announced that it has extended its line of multiple- and single-use pumps with the introduction of the new QF2500 Quaternary Diaphragm Pump. With a maximum flow rate of 2,500 lph (660 gph), the new pump is ideally suited to meet the needs within demanding biopharma applications, including chromatography, TFF, virus filtration, sterile filtration, and depth filtration.
