Digitalisation Data Analysis and its Evaluation
Many systems in raw material automation have highly automated processes which are controlled by a process control system, such as the Azo Kastor production control system, that generates a large amount of data: This is where smart data comes up.
The advantages of a compact data analysis with the Kastor Data Cockpit are the added value of previously unused data. The data gets restructured, organised and presented so that it makes correlations and dependencies visible, states the company. New knowledge about optimisation options, the identification of weak points or avoidance of errors - the data analysis creates the conditions for permanent improvement of the system, e.g. to increase quality.
The results of millions of weighings are recorded - providing the possibility to derive tendencies when and where deviations occur. A system fault or incorrect maintenance might be the cause here and systematic maintenance would provide the necessary remedy.
The Data Cockpit is now in active use by many customers, adds the firm. Functions are continuously optimised, improved and expanded: a dynamic process as we know it as a user of mobile phones.
