Combining the accuracy and the minimal drift of a glass pH sensor in a single use device, that works just as well even when previously stored dry in a bioreactor: These features shall make the Single-Use complete solution from Hamilton Bonaduz well suited for cell culture and fermentation.

Single-Use sensors for optical dissolved oxygen measurements will also be available, next to the already established Single-Use sensor solution Oneferm pH. Hamilton’s Single-Use sensors can easily be integrated in existing set-ups as they are available in analog as well as ARC versions, tests with established users show.

Online cell density measurements allow for fast responses to process deviations in real-time, increasing insights in processes and optimizing yield and efficiency. In order to get even more process data and to allow better predictability, a new multivariate data analysis (MVDA) will be introduced. The new ARC Air software version allows for an easy monitoring and controlling of ARC sensors by means of mobile devices.
