Disruptive Innovations Chiyoda Corporation Signs Agreement with Adnoc LNG for Digital Technologies
Through the MOU, Adnoc LNG aims to install innovative technologies including artificial intelligence and big data analytics in its facilities to optimise plant operation and improve production efficiency.
Yokohama/Japan – Chiyoda Corporation has recently announced that it has concluded a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company (Adnoc LNG) to provide state-of-the-art digital technologies, including artificial intelligence and big data analytics, on Adnoc LNG’s facilities.
The MOU was signed by Fatima Al Nuaimi, acting CEO of Adnog LNG and Masaji Santo, President & CEO of Chiyoda at the UAE Business Forum in the presence of H.E. Engineer Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Minister of Economy and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe during his visit to Abu Dhabi.
Chiyoda’s advanced solutions will be integrated with the advanced AI technologies of its strategic alliance partner, Grid Inc., and the applied digital technologies will increase the value of Adnoc LNG’s assets through optimised plant operation and maintenance along with improved production efficiency.
Chiyoda’s core business of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of LNG plants has further flourished into a primary source of profit since its first LNG project for Adnoc LNG in 1976.
