Cologne - By postponing Chemspec Europe to autumn 2020, the organizer wants to ensure that the trade fair can take place under safe conditions. After carefully monitoring the situation regarding Covid-19 and the announcements of the German authorities regarding major events, and after close consultation with the partners, Mack Brooks Exhibitions has decided to postpone the show, said Nicola Hamann, Managing Director of the organizer.

Although it was disappointing to postpone the event, she said it was essential to give priority to the health and safety of all those affected. The aim remains to ensure that all exhibitors and visitors at Chemspec Europe get the best value from the event by holding it in the second half of the year, she added.
