The CABB Group has established a unified organization ‘One CABB’ to accelerate growth as well as to serve its customers better. The company is also looking at a potential Initial public offering (IPO) to achieve its goal of strengthening its position as one of the premier contract development and manufacturing companies for crop science and life sciences. With the change in corporate structure, the Group’s business units Custom Manufacturing and Acetyls will be combined into one company structure.

Pratteln/Switzerland – CABB Group, a contract development and manufacturing company (CDMO) for crop science and life sciences, has announced a change of its corporate structure. The implementation of the unified organization ‘One CABB’ will help the company to serve its customers even better and to accelerate growth as a backward integrated company. Against this background, CABB with the support of its shareholders, is reviewing further strategic options including a potential IPO.

As part of the change, the business units Custom Manufacturing and Acetyls will be combined into one company structure. Focusing on a group-wide product portfolio under one entity managing sales, procurement, production and administration will lead to better sales opportunities and overall, more efficiency while maintaining the company’s highest ESG standards.
