Ludwigshafen/Germany – Dr. Thomas Kloster, President of the Performance Chemicals division at BASF, will assume responsibility for the Petrochemicals division based in Ludwigshafen on January 1, 2025. He succeeds Hartwig Michels, who will retire.

Lena Adam, Senior Vice President of Fuel & Lubricant Solutions, will, as President, succeed Dr. Thomas Kloster at the same time.
