100 million US dollar – That is the sum that a new stake sale shall raise for Concord Enviro Systems (CES). The Mumbai-based company announced plans to sell some of its assets to interested parties in overseas.

New Delhi/India – Concord Enviro Systems (CES), a water and wastewater management company, plans to divest its business. For which, the company is in talks with large water companies in US, Europe and Japan in order to divest a significant stake to raise fresh capital of about US$100 million. As per the sources, CES has mandated boutique investment bank Singhi Advisors to facilitate the transaction.
