Gothenburg/Sweden – The development positions Gothenburg as the Univar’s primary receiving hub in the Nordics for the recently integrated Shell Lubricants business. It will take delivery of products from several Shell Lubricants plants across Europe. The company not only invested in sophistiticated tank storage capacity but also added a new laboratory for quality control.

Storage and handling facilities are designed and configured to allow tanks and pipe work to be individually maintained at the exact temperature required. This not only insures the temperature-sensitive lubricants quality but also avoids energy wastage common in sites as this.
