The Granomat JP disk mill made by Fuchs Maschinen is based on the stator-rotor principle with a fixed and a rotating disk, which allows milling or rubbing of dry or wet products. The mill is able to process grains from 3 mm down to 10 μm using corresponding disks with a throughput of 1 to 3000 kg/h depending on the starting product, the grinding fineness and the machine type.
The GRANOMAT JP machine can be used for instance when producing pastes of vegetables, fruits, meat, sesame seeds, nuts, pigments, seaweeds, soya beans, rice, etc., crushing corn, ginger, mustard seeds, almonds, emulsifying of greases, cosmetic products, as well as for grinding hard products, such as glass, minerals, medical products, pigments, etc. The GRANOMAT JP is used in the food, cosmetics, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
The disk mill has a very precise milling process, the grinding unit can be adjusted during operation, wide variety of grinding disks, low-noise and low-vibration, easy to clean. Available with optional cooling or heating systems.
At present, three machines with different disk sizes are available.
