ECV – High air flow dedusting filter units
The ECV dedusting filter units are extremely versatile in terms of airflow and use. They are designed for the extraction of dry dust particles in many industrial processes such as mixing, various machining processes, filling, packaging, etc.
Thanks to their robust and resistant construction, ECVs are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. They can be used for a wide range of airflow - up to 40,000 m3/h. Layout constraints in terms of height or footprint can be addressed with various configuration options to achieve a compact dust collector design. The fan is normally located on top of the ECV dust collector but can be relocated to minimize height or meet other performance requirements.
The housings of ECV high air flow dedusting filter units can be made of powder-coated steel or stainless steel.
Depending on the type of dust and other impurities in the extracted air, primary filter cartridges made of different filter materials are available. Filter media for secondary filter elements in HEPA efficiency level or with activated carbon are recommended.
For special applications, an optional ROTATRONIC Control system can be used for advanced monitoring and control. It provides comprehensive control with maximum energy efficiency and constant suction power.
