ECM - All-in-one highly compact dedusting filter units

ECM compact dedusting units are stand-alone, ready-to-use, robust solutions typically used in non-critical pharmaceutical applications in general industry (chemicals, metals, plastics, composites, etc.) and in custom OEM applications.

ECM dedusting units are intended to operate both close to the point of dust occurrence and as a central dust collector (with up to approx. 10 aspiration points). The main value propositions of ECM dedusting filter units are:

  • Compact and user-friendly design.
  • ECM-6 is offered as a mobile unit on wheels.
  • Automated filter cleaning.
  • Secondary HEPA or activated carbon stage also available as a later upgrade.
  • Integrated powerful fan with control unit.

Housings of ECM compact dedusting units can be manufactured in powder-coated steel or stainless steel. The latter can have various surface finishes such as pickled, sandblasted with glass or ceramic beads and others.

The integrated fan can reach airflows of up to 2,500 m3/h. An external fan can be selected for higher airflow requirements.
