Tablet Presses – Conquering New Markets
This begins with the construction of the machine, which enables very good access to all component assemblies. During rotor changes, all working steps are designed as either automated or tool-free. In addition, all supply lines to the machine are connected via multi-function plugs.
Rapid Connection – How New Tablet Presses Enable Air Extraction
A further highlight is the new air extraction procedure. The connection to the air extractor unit in the press cell can be made above, below or on the side. The removal and replacing of the unit itself, for cleaning, for example, takes only seconds. During this, users can adjust the table on which the filler unit stands with micrometer accuracy using a lever.
Another feature on the FE35 is the completely new developed human/machine interface (HMI) by Fette Compacting. Finally, the connection of peripheral equipment is realised using a standardised plug-and-play interface in which all cables and the air extraction unit are integrated.
Optimised Assembly and Drive
Likewise new is the mechanical construction of the FE35. The optimised frame structure makes the installation low-vibration and reduces noise emissions. The new torque drive offers users enormous power reserves, simple maintenance and low heat generation.
