Facilities and Projects Supplying the Indian Process Industry – Perfecting the Formula for Growth
With a philosophy to encourage innovative ideas for business development, Raj Process Equipments & Systems based in Pune, believes in expansions and collaborations to fuel high demand. Manufacturing drying systems, mixers, evaporators, etc. the company has traveled leaps & bounds in a short span of time.
Industry experts have always maintained that progress in winding back economic slack is made not by high growth in any individual year, but by maintaining an expansion over a sustained period. One company that has followed this principle is Raj Process Equipments & Systems. How else can one explain the steady growth this company has maintained right from its inception in 1996?
Diversification Across the Indian Market
What started with just one manufacturing unit then has now branched out into four manufacturing facilities. If that does not spell growth, I don’t know what does! The company has three sophisticated state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities spread around 36 acres in various locations around Pune. The fourth unit is soon to come up at Shirval.
At the Chakan plant the company manufactures mixers, dryers, evaporators, products for distillery plants, starch plants, boilers, equipment for food and pharma sectors, etc. The second facility at Bhosari is exclusively for R&D and the third is dedicated to exports and is located in the first multiproduct SEZ of Pune at Khed City, Pabal.
“This facility is spread across five acres and is dedicated for export oriented jobs. We have successfully dispatched three consignments till date from this SEZ unit and many more are in the pipeline,” ascertains Managing Director, Raj Process Equipments & Systems Pvt Ltd, Anil Pise.
