Available in three sizes (1½", 2" and 3"), they can handle compressible solids of the corresponding diameter and are approved for explosive environments. Maximum operating pressure is 8.6 bar, and the dampeners meet FDA, EHEDG, Atex, and USP Class VI standards when fitted with PTFE integral piston diaphragms. The dampeners self-adjust to fluctuating inlet pressures and consume very low volumes of compressed air. They have nickel-plated aluminum or stainless steel bodies and use existing Wilden pump air chambers and clamp bands.
