Rotary Piston Compressor Spin–Off of Proven Rotary Piston Compressors

| Editor: Meike Herkersdorf

Aerzener's Delta Hybrid rotary lobe compressors – a clever combination of rotary piston blowers and screw compressors– has spawned another spin–off: The user can now chose from a variety of 14 sizes, with suction volume flows of 110 to 5800 m³/h, and gauge pressures of 1500 mbar, the device that is optimally suited for his application.

The new sizes D 98 S and D 98 H are used in volume flows of 1470 to 5900 m³/h with drive powers up to 250 kW. At the moment, the company is working on the new D152S series with 900 m³/h volume flow and 400 kW drive power. The new devices are well suited for air and oil–free gases, the manufacturer states.
