The first step compaction is very imported so that the press force is automated controlled and accountable for a high result quality. For the second step granulation the CP-Series offers a two-stage granulation system. The first stage pre-granulates, the second stage fine-granulates is responsible for less undersize particle and for a high capacity delivery rate in high granules quality.

With the CP8500/4250 it is possible to continually process very small amounts of powder mixtures. When experiments are carried out, the findings related to the machine parameters can be immediately tested as to their suitability for larger scale production without mechanical adjustments to the machine. Production itself is carried out with the large-quantity feed system.

Special emphasis has been laid on easy disassembly of the parts that have come into contact with the chemicals. The entire feed system can be easily and quickly dismantled by hand without tools.
