Shell plans to overhaul its Tsing Yi installation in Hong Kong to process Transformer Oil – Engineering specialist Jacobs to provide the detailed design engineering services.

The official contract value was not disclosed. Shell's 47-acre Tsing Yi installation supplies Hong Kong and Macau with a wide range of oil, gas and chemical products.
