For the pneumatic transport with vacuum operation (up to -900 mbarg) Robuschi will display the low-pressure suction unit Robox evolution in two versions at Powtech 2014: EL 55/V, equipped with RBS series lobe blowers, and ES 65/DV, complete with a patented atmospheric air injection system for cooling.

Both configurations can be equipped with a vacuum silencing kit that further reduces the noise intensity emitted by the exhaust outlet by at least 25 dB(A) in the range of frequencies from 200 Hz to 20 KHz, in this way being suitable for all types of installation. Robox evolution is an integrated compression unit for low-pressure gas conveying based on the RBS positive displacement rotary lobe blower, powered by an electric motor via a special belt drive and complete with all accessories and noise enclosure.

Its distinctive features reduce system costs thanks to the optimisation of space; running costs due to the low energy consumption and the elimination of all standstill risks ensured by the Sentinel electronic control system; and maintenance costs thanks to easy accessibility of all components for the normal service operations.
