Kalameshwar/India – “Our small on-site plants provide flexibility and supply reliability for our customers, enabling them to focus on their core offerings rather than their industrial gas requirements,” said Anuj Sharma, managing director of Praxair India. The company is currently also finalizing the construction of a nitrogen plant for EPCOS India, a part of the TDK-EPC Corporation, a manufacturer of passive electronic components in Kalyani, West Bengal. In addition, Praxair recently started up a small nitrogen plant for the agrochemicals company United Phosphorus in Jhagadia, Gujarat.
