Food & Beverage Phoenix Alcobevz Builds New Plant in Goa

Phoenix Alcobevz is planning a grain-based pot-still distillation plant in Bicholim taluka, North Goa. The plant is spread over 11,400 m2 with a capacity of 3000 liters per day and will process grape, malt and cashew consumable spirits.

Goa/India – The project cost is expected to be `210 million. Phoenix Alcobevz has already appointed an equipment supplier and the civil work is expected to commence in July 2012. The project is planned for completion in 2014.
