Optimised and Bio-Based Technologies for PE and PA
Uhde Inventa-Fischer is leading global plant construction enterprise for the planning and construction of polyester and polyamide plastics producing plants. The company's proprietary methods include methods for manufacturing PET raw materials for bottles, industrial threads and textile fibres, filaments and tyre cord. Whereas polyester plants with a continuous polymerisation process required up to five reactors a few years ago, the Uhde subsidiary managed to reduce this to two reactors, as just one example. In the field of biologically degradable plastics, Uhde Inventa-Fischer has also developed a new technology for polylactic acid production. For more details of this, watch the webcast.
