Rio de Janeiro/Brazil – According to Globo, Brazil’s biggest television network, Petrobras is named among several targeted companies in an internal NSA document, provided by the American journalist Glenn Greenwald. Petrobras now fears that the agency gathered information about oil reserves in Atlantic deep sea reservoirs, that might give competitors distinctive advantages. These revelations could complicate diplomatic tensions between the US and Brazil following the allegation of the NSA spying on Brazil’s president Dilma Rousseff.
