Tube Systems New Diameters for Jacob's Modular Tube System
Jacob Rohrsysteme expands their modular tube systems with two new diameters specially suited for bulk solids, dusts and exhaust air venting. The two new nominal bores bring a whole new range of components to the company's portfolio of tube solutions.
Tubes, segments, conduit bends, laterals, adapters, checking tubes, valves, cocks, domes and exhaust pipes – the two new nominal bores of 280 mm and 315 mm bring 250 new products to Jacob's portfolio, the company stated. The easy–to–assemble modular tube system can be purchased in powder–coated, stainless or chromium nickel steel in wall thicknesses up to two millimeters.
The tubes can be assembled without welding and are especially suited for applications in food and beverage (e.g. chocolate, coffee, cocoa or cereals), tobacco, chemical, pharmaceutical or plastics and polymers industries, the manufacturer says. Other applications include recycling, automotive industries, chip fabrication, construction materials or pulp and paper.
