Maintenance in less than half the time: the FSIP® concept proves its worth

The new service-friendly “Full Service in Place” (FSIP®) design of the proven NEMO® progressing cavity pump means maintenance and repair work is much easier. Interruptions due to repair and servicing measures can be reduced to a minimum. An existing standby unit at a regional water company in Northern Italy was therefore no longer needed: the new model of the NEMO® pump is characterised by a suction housing with a large inspection opening which enables all service and maintenance work to be carried out in place without dismantling the pump from the pipework. Overall, the better access to all serviceable parts saves time for inspection, repair and cleaning work, while also reducing the space required for the pump.

NETZSCH presents the NEMO® FSIP® pump alongside its biogas range at the Agritechnica 2017 trade fair in Hanover. This contains as well the robust and space-saving TORNADO® rotary lobe pump, the NEMO® B.Max® mixing pump and the M-Ovas® macerators. Our experts are at the show from  12th - 18 th November in hall 23 on stand A24.
