Super Fine Mill Latest Version of Micros to be Displayed at Powtech 2019
During the Powtech exhibition in Nuremberg, Nara Machinery will be presenting a cost-effective version of the Super Fine Mill named Micros in the European market. The improved and compact design enables to reduce costs in the manufacturing process.
Compared to a conventional ball mill, the Super Fine Mill is a wet milling machine with a completely different milling mechanism. The compression and shear force applied to the materials are generated by the movement of the milling rings against the lining of the vessel.
In addition, the grinder is directly driven by a powerful electric motor. Therefore, Micros is suited for milling and dispersing slurry with high viscosity in a short processing time, states the company. The wet processing method by crushing particles into sub-micron size is specifically used in the food and ceramic industry. Further, the exhibits will include Nara Hybridization System (NHS), Media Slurry Dryer (MSD), Paddle Dryer (NPD) and the new crusher Rubato, launched in 2018.
The company will be exhibiting at Powtech from April 9–11, 2019 at booth 4-570.
