From April 23 to 27, 2018 Eisele will exhibit at Hannover Messe for the first time. The company will focus on the new rotary connector as well as coolant connections for applications in power electronics and electrical engineering. With the Multiline E, the firm will also present a unique modular kit system for individually configurable multiple and multi-media connectors.

Eisele has developed a ball bearing rotary connector that can transfer compressed air from a stationary component to a rotating one. Designed for an operating pressure range of -0.9 to 16 bar, it is suitable for all applications that are compatible with nickel-plated brass. The rotary connector is available in a straight and an angled version for tube diameters of eight, ten and twelve millimetres. The new push-in connector from series 14 of the Eisele Basicline is the first fully rotating connector in the company’s product spectrum. The rotary movement is enabled by a hybrid stainless steel ball bearing with ceramic balls, which is approved for rotational speeds of up to 800 rpm.

Dependable Cooling Performance in Electrical Engineering

Coolant installations in electrical applications must be absolutely leakproof. The risk of leaks that can cause short circuits must be prevented with high reliability. That is why the firm offers threaded connections of the Liquidline 2500 series of dezincification-resistant brass. They fulfill special requirements for tube holding power. According to the company, the patented threaded connection technology ensures that tubes remain connected with no leaks even in the event of frequent vibrations or movements of the tube. The reliable design also prevents accidental loosening of tubes that could otherwise be caused by high pressure fluctuations in the cooling system or additional tensile stress on the tube.

To provide connections for diverse applications, the firm manufactures the push-in fittings and threaded connections of highly durable stainless steel and corrosion-resistant aluminum. For maximum cooling performance in power electronics applications the company has combined its time-proven solid metal screw-in fittings with pivoting 90° or 45° elbows as the middle element. These coolant connections are ideal for high-performance applications in which it is necessary to achieve the maximum possible flow capacity, states the firm.

RModular Kit System for Multiple Connectors

The organisation opines that the Multiline E series is a very innovative modular kit system for combining compressed air, vacuum, gases, coolant, liquids, electrical wiring and electronics in one connector body. With the series, the firm is setting standards for tool and format changes in industrial machines and robots. The perfectly compatible modular design allows flexible integration of different tube diameters, connection types and media in one multiple connector.
