How are cheap resources impacting the young bioeconomy? Is it conceivable that new opportunities will open up in market segments that do not cash in on shale gas? Or will the world wake up too late from its shale-gas euphoria and miss the development of biobased processes which, in the long term, will be needed after all? And how long will the boom last? Experts from resources management, engineering and the biotechnology sector will discuss these questions on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 between 10:30 and 12:00 h in Room Europa, Hall 4.0.

Moderator of the discussion: Kurt Wagemann, Executive Director Dechema. Participants are: Gernot Kalkoffen, Chief Executive Officer Exxon Mobil Central Europe Holding, Wolfgang Büchele, Chief Executive Officer Exxon Linde, Eugen Weinberg, Rawmaterial Expert Commerzbank, Holger Zinke Chief Executive Officer Brain.
